Playing and compereing at Pop-A-Go-Go. This was the day I happened to sing 'Bands From London' just after Vyvyan had been on

Validators Full Band Set With Johnny Domino on the Players With Words tour.

Fair & Firkin, Nottingham
Validators Full Band Set Johnny Domino go down well, we get largely ignored.



Tuesday 4 April 2000
Bull & Gate, London
Validators Full Band Set A radio session at ICR then a smashing gig - Frankie Machine switches to bass for the first time. Still on tour with Johnny Domino, by the way.

Validators Full Band Set Supporting Half Man Half Biscuit AGAIN! This time we learned up 'Quality Janitor', and the audience liked us a bit more.

Session for the Tim Eames show, where I played The Chemistry Experiment, Frankie Machine, and Mambo Taxi, and got shown the TRUTH about commercial radio!

Session at a College in Middlesborough. The only people in the building were us!

Scalarama all dayer - lots of encounters, nearly a fight, I was too scared to say hello to Martin Carr but not too scared to throw a glass at The Architect Of Romo when he was heckling me.
