What's All This Then?

The Marvel Age Doom blog is, a process blog that I kept while researching my PhD, Doctor Doom in The Marvel Age: an empirical approach to transmedia character coherence.

Most of the entries are about individual texts with the corpus of about 266 comics, books, cartoons and video games that I looked at. There's a complete list of every text that I looked at with furter details about it, links to my own blog about each one and links to other places where appropriate.

Although the PhD itself was A Scholarly Work, these blogs are very much not, so there are a lot of opinions and even occasional jokes. There are also lots of images taken from the texts which are pretty much all copyright Marvel Comics, and are used here for academic purposes!
